HELLLOOOOOOOOOOO 13th's , how Are you!!!??? xD

Guys, im going to Join Colombian Army Military Cadet School Jose Maria Cordoba at first semester of 2012 , right after i finish my school this year. but i need to pass some medical, phycological and physical tests. but im not in the best condition, so i wonder if anyone could give me some tips to get condition enough to Climb 5 Meters of Robe, Run 4 miles in 15 Minutes and other things .

Well, to give you a workout routine, I would have to find out your weight, if its more fat, or if your really skinny with a high metabolism and such and lifestyle Razz but you can youtube a number of good workouts

4 miles in 15 minutes? That's a little extreme, you'd need a mile time of what, 3min 40 sec, which for one mile is insane, let alone 4 miles. But yeah, we'd need your height, weight, body build, to get a real good workout routine, and then also what you specifically want to build up.

I'm in Marine Corps JROTC and they tell us 18 minutes for three miles is a perfect score.

Every countries' military standards will be different, but I can honestly say if you go to Military.com and look for the fitness section you are going to find alot of good workouts. also google marinestylefitness and there is a site that has alot of free workouts based off of Marine workouts.

for me in JROTC For MARINE CORPS they made us run 3 miles in 15 mi nutes, but thats ok, good as 13 minutes, great was 10, and perfect was 7 minutes some people hit 7 minutes it took me 9.87 to finish 3 miles, not bad i gues 9.8 minutes. this was just this last weekend too.

Wow! Some of our best runners can't do that. I am nowhere near that speed. Your JROTC unit must be super hard core.
On a side note I'm kind of an old geezer lol.

lol, but ya all of us are in really good shape, and we live geaorgia and we run alot and it sucks but you gotta do whatever you are told. But ya we are pretty hardcore..lol

Your guys had 2.3 minutes as a mile time? I'm calling bullshit on that one. Fastest 5 kilometers (little over 3 miles) is 12:37, by an Ethiopian named Kenenisa Bekele. So somewhere around 12:05-12:20 minutes for 3 miles. And that is insanely fast and long distance. So some of your buds did that? Hm...I know some people can run fast and far, but at this point you're just lying to us.

The 18 minutes for 3 miles was standard for my friend's DEP program, and that's doing really well.

my mistake about the number of miles to be run, it is 3 miles XD, damm brain , always confusing me xD.


also im 1.78 metters weight 78 kilos, a little chubby , but won some pounds after i started to work on my aunt shop carrying things , idk why o.O.

im not in the military but im doing cross country this year for school and what i do is wake up early and just run around my neighborhood. If you are going to run, bring an Ipod and some earphones. It keeps you distracted and before you know it, you have run a mile.

agree, Listening Metal like slipknot in Ipod during a running makes you goo like AAAAAAAAAAARRGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! , scarying all the old people that also run too in the way

Wow pais you gotta be realy fit to run 4miles in that amount of time. An average high school student at Average weight can run 1mile in 6mins. So You gotta be fast and healthy bro. my suggestion lay low on carbs and fill yourself with Proteins and vegtables best diet. i think its called the Ducan diet. Then run a few miles each day. You will be more healthier.
