PostSubject: What are your guys' workouts?   Mon Mar 28, 2011 1:49 am

I was doing a small workout after finishing an episode of The Pacific, and was kinda curious what you guys do.

I have a weight training class Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. And a friend who enlisted in the US Marine Corps and ships out in August, and he is my kinda workout guide/personal trainer. Suffice to say, I get a beating every class. We do different parts of the body and generally are always working something new out every other day. Some weeks benching, others just intense cardio. Then on weekends, I try to do weight less exercises, push ups, squats, etc.

5-6km Jog with my dog after that i do about 20-30km`s on my exercise bike, and i do that everyday except saturndays cause thats party day Very Happy unless i got work on sunday..

its just to keep myself in shape cause i might drink abit too much beer Very Happy rawr

well managing my friend┬┤s cyber from monday to friday 8am - 7pm (this is my last weekend managing the cyber, next week my friend, the owner, come back and i enter to my last year of college Very Happy ), saturdays mmm i do anything that distracts me maybe go outside pass with friends or just sit in the sofa with my ps3, and sundays is for pass in family.

I do the 500 5 times a week, then run 2-8 miles the other days....

100 push ups spread through out the day 100 crunches spread out 100 sit ups spread out, every day.

i play basketball also about 1-2 hours a day with friends or by myself.

I end up lifting every other day in intervals so a set would be Bench 145 (15 times), curl 35 (20 times) Corkscrew Curl 25 (25 times) Push Press 80 (30 times).

Starting this summer im gonna start running a mile or two a day everyday.

Weight training at home in my spare time, got a curling bar, bench and dumbbells. Then before I go sleep, 100 sit-ups.

All I do is go to the weightroom sometimes for football. I'll run from the weightroom to Mcdonalds or something waaaay across town and then walk back (which isn't good at all lol)

Yup the mind-workout, nothing is more relaxing then solving chessproblems and being called an *ss in online chessgames because you're way too good for words Razz
