Comes naturally? It would still have to be scripted to some level. Unless USAS Frags will control the weather again

I didn't elaborate on it, but Raj has my idea. For example, there is only a 25% chance of the weather changing when you play that map.

Oh, you went way further in than I was thinking. I was thinking of a random/chosen weather option a la Madden or other outdoor sports games.

Oh, now I get it. Still though, I think it would be more dynamic if they relate the percentage to how it actually is in meteorology, where there is a percentage of how much, predicted of course, it will rain, thunderstorm, etc.

That's the case though. The weather is irregular, so it would apply the same case. What I mean is that it would be cool if DICE can implement real-time weather, particularly somewhere in the Carribeans that impersonate this map, and that it affects how the weather is in-game. So if there is a 23% of a thunderstorm in Cuba, for that map, for that day, there is 23% chance of the weather changing. I think that would be amazing.

How wouldn't that be amazing? To implement real-time weather into a game? If DICE were able to do that, it would be an amazing feat.

Reading comprehension is a big skill lol

DICE won't necessarily be able to do that, because the weather, ironically, is one of the most complicated and least understood topic.  I said I think it would be amazing. I don't understand why, and I'm not sure in particular you Death, are bashing on my personal wish, or idea. It's what I find would be amazing. I acknowledge that it is almost impossible, and implementation is improbable, but doesn't mean I can't wish for it.

Throughout Battlefield 3, people wanted a Dino-Mode. They wished for it, but they knew that it's improbability of implementation was too high. Why didn't people bash on that?

Once again, I am aware of the complexity, difficulty, and improbability of this happening. I was just saying that it would be amazing if they could do so.

Also Death, this would not only show that DICE is capable of implementing real-time features, with such complexity both in reality and in gaming, but it would make the game more dynamic. How is making a game more dynamic, not useful? Hell, by that logic, levolution shouldn't even be in the game, because DICE implemented that to make the game, and I quote, "A more dynamic experience."
